يأتيكم من كولومبيا من منطقة كوينديو، أرمينيا تحديدًا، على ارتفاع يترواح بين ١٧٠٠-١٢٠٠ فوق سطح البحر، حيث تقع مزرعة كاستيلون، والتي تبلغ مساحتها 7 هكتارًا على ارتفاع يصل إلى 1450 فوق سطح البحر.
ينحدر كارلوس أورفن من عائلة كولومبيَّة تمتهن زراعة القهوة، واستطاع بما لديه من خبرة ومعرفة حين اشترى المزرعة منذ 32 عامًا من تجهيز التربة وإحياء الينابيع الطبيعية فيها وتطويرها، كما قام بغرس شجيراتٍ من الزهور الجميلة الملوَّنة كهيليكونيا وروميليا، وعدَّة أشجار أصيلة. الآن تبدو مزرعة كاستيلون المحاطة بالأشجار جدًّا مذهلة.
عُولج المحصول بالطريقة العسليّة اللاهوائية؛ حيث يتعرَّض البُن إلى التخمير لمدة تصل إلى ٧٢ ساعة مع الحفاظ على الغشاء اللَّزج المحيط بحبوب البُن، ثم يُنشر على الأسرّة المرتفعة, مما يساعد في إبراز نكهات البُن و وضوحها لتكون أمام مزيج رائع من حموضة التفاح و اللّيمون و حلاوة قصب السكر.
حُمّصت بمسار يناسب مشروبات الاسبريسو و التقطير لكي تتمكّن من الاستمتاع بها في أيّ كوب تشتهيه.

• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.
Cancellation Policy:
• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Replacement Policy:
• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
