At Monteblanco farms, where exceptional varieties planted by ancestors since the eighties were discovered, and which have received continuous care and development from farmers until these crops became part of the advanced fermentation culture.

Our new crop has been fermented with passion fruit juice, in an initial fermentation process lasting 190 hours, to reach the appropriate Brix and pH levels for precise coffee processing, which enhances the natural flavors and gives the coffee a unique character.
