This premium lot comes from Colombia, specifically the Quindío region, in Armenia, grown at elevations ranging between 1200–1700 meters above sea level. It is produced at Carlos Arcila’s farm, Castellón, which spans 7 hectares and sits at about 1450 meters elevation.
Carlos Arcila comes from a Colombian coffee-growing family. Over the past 32 years, since purchasing the farm, he has used his experience and knowledge to enrich the soil, revive natural water springs, and continuously develop the land. He has also planted vibrant flowers such as Heliconia and Romelia, along with various native trees, making Castellón a truly stunning, tree-surrounded farm.
Carlos is known for applying strict agricultural practices, which play a key role in producing consistently high-quality coffee.
The coffee is processed using the Anaerobic Honey method, where the beans undergo fermentation for up to 72 hours while retaining their mucilage, then are dried on raised beds.

• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.
Cancellation Policy:
• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Replacement Policy:
• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
