This Colombian coffee gives us a chance to explore the deep heritage of coffee cultivation in Colombia—where high mountain ranges, rich volcanic soil, and diverse microclimates all contribute to producing exceptional coffee 🇨🇴

Colombian coffee is known for its balanced bitterness across roast levels, a strong aromatic presence, and its versatility—perfect for espresso and iced drip. It delivers a clean, well-balanced cup with a silky medium body, tropical notes, and a vibrant fruity aroma 😮💨

From all this richness, we selected Shamam, an anaerobic natural lot, where fermentation plays a key role in developing unique flavor compounds that set it apart 😋

This special lot was fermented in an oxygen-free environment with the addition of tropical fruit (melon), creating a bold and distinctive profile without overpowering the core coffee character. The result is a unique cup with notes of melon, apricot, watermelon, and toasted almond 🤩

  • 16.5g coffee
  • Water temperature: 89°C
  • Water: 155ml
  • First pour: 60ml (00:35)
  • Second pour: up to 155ml (01:10)
  • Add ice: 130g

Shipping & Returns

• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy:

• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
